Jergens Shea Butter MoisturizerI ran out of moisturizer a few weeks ago and I picked this up at the drug store. It was cheap, contained Shea Butter (a great natural ingredient) and came in a handy pump bottle so I just grabbed it without giving much thought.

The smell is the first thing you notice; it's got a light nutty scent. Neither too cloying nor over powering. It lingers too because the tee shirts I wear to sleep smelled quite nice the next day.

This moisturizer glides on easily and skin is left smoother and softer after just a few days of usage. It stays on your skin to provide 24 hour hydration which is always a good thing. With some products that make the same claim, I often wonder how true it all is. I slap this on in the morning and when I shower off the grime at the end of the day, I feel this smooth film rinsing away with the water. So it's good to know that this product does what it says.

With a blend of pure African Shea Butter, Mango and Cocoa extracts and nutrients that help seal in essential moisture and repair dry skin, I can feel the difference in the texture of my skin. It also leaves a light, healthy sheen that I am sure most everyone would appreciate.

According to the Jergens website, keeping skin moisturized is the best way to prevent stretch marks associated with pregnancy. Shea Butter helps to soften the appearance of stretch marks and scarring but also helps refine skin texture for a more even skin tone! So this would be a good gift for friends or family who are expecting.

And the price is so great! It's so affordable so you don't have to feel the pinch whenever you stock up on this. Hence, this is my steal product of the week. Get this Jergens Shea Butter Skin Enriching Moisturizer (16.8 oz/496ml) for US$7.49 at Drugstore.com.

Jergens Natural Glow Daily Moisturizer, Medium-Tan Skin TonesIf you're not a fan of spending hours laying in the sun; it can get old after a while, the quickest way to get some color safely is by using a self-tanning moisturizer.

I've been using this moisturizer for about 1 year now when I want to get some color quickly. My skin adapts to tanning and self-tanners quite well - I don't burn or look unnatural (at least I haven't been told so!)

This doesn't have that overpowering tan smell a lot of other similar products do. It doesn't smell very great but it is not something you notice once you finished application. The good thing about this is that it gradually develops color so you don't look orange.

Another good thing is its price point, at US$5.36, you don't need to think twice about prolonging your summer look.

Get this at Drugstore.com.

Jergens Shea Butter CreamShea butter is one of my favorite moisturizers. Not only is it natural, it also softens and soothes while providing skin with antioxidant protection.

This rich skin cream from Jergens with its high concentration of pure African shea butter not only hydrates, it also heals and protects skin from future environmental aggressions.

I took a few tubes of this with me to Bali and after daily sun worshiping, my skin was treated to this luxurious body cream that absorbed easily despite its heavy content. I am a fan of its delicious scent, part cocoa, part mango; it smells great and is a fantastic companion to an end of a heavy day.

With vital vitamins and nutrients, this body cream will restore much needed moisture and improve your skin's natural barrier.

I can't get enough of this and my only regret is not buying enough! Get this for US$6.31 (7.5oz/221ml) at Drugstore.com.
